②The conductor and sheath of the cable have certain strength. It has a certain bending radius. There should be no right angle bending. Usually, the bending radius should be 20 times larger than the diameter of the cable.
③Because the cable has a certain coefficient of temperature expansion, so in the construction process, each section must be left with the expansion allowance, and the support line can not tie too dead.
④In wiring, it is necessary to pull and straighten slowly, without distortion, mechanical pull and scratch, so as not to damage the cable.
⑤The inner conductor and the outer shielding net should not be contacted in order to avoid damaging the amplifying equipment.
⑥All joints are sealed with waterproof tape.

②The minimum bending radius during installation shall not be less than 8 times the diameter of the cable.

①Cut the inner sheath horizontally with a blade to expose the steel/aluminium strip.
②Use the blade to scratch transversely on the surface of the aluminium strip/steel strip, then bend the scratch a few times, and the aluminium strip/steel strip will break open, revealing the water blocking zone and cable core.
③Carefully cut the water-blocking belt and yarn-binding blade of the longitudinal package. Be careful not to cut the casing.
④The yarn wrapped around the cable core is cut longitudinally along the steel wire direction with a knife blade.
⑤If the number of filling ropes is equal to or more than the number of sleeves, cut the filling rope with a knife blade to expose the steel wire; bend the steel wire slightly towards the place where the filling rope exists, so that the position of the steel wire is higher than that of the sleeve (do not break the optical fiber in the sleeve by excessive force when bending). Then use a small steel saw to cross-cut the steel wire, bend the steel wire back and forth at a small angle until the steel wire breaks, and then use a knife blade. Lateral slit along the casing, and finally fix the cable, pull the stripped cable down uniformly and expose the optical fiber.
⑥If the stripped cable has no filling rope or less than the number of filling ropes, the sheath and aluminium strip should be pulled outward to expose the core of the cable for 2-3 cm, the filling rope should be cut with a knife blade, and then the steel wire should be bent slightly towards the place where the filling rope exists (without filling rope, it will be upward); the flat-mouthed clock and watch lifter or small screwdriver or saw blade should be inserted in the core to pick out the steel wire, and then the steel wire should be transversed with a small steel saw. Saw a small opening, pull out the clock screwdriver, bend the steel wire back and forth at a small angle until the steel wire breaks; cut the wire horizontally along the casing with a knife blade, and finally fix the cable, pull the stripped cable down evenly, exposing the optical fiber.
⑦Separate the optical fibers according to the number of sleeves, and clean the fibre paste on the optical fibers with alcohol cotton.
⑧In the process of cable stripping, we should try not to bend the cable too far and cut the knife too deep, so as to avoid the re-stripping caused by breaking the optical fiber.

①Before laying household optical cables, the types of residential buildings, environmental conditions and laying routes of existing cables should be considered. At the same time, the economy, safety, convenience of future maintenance and user satisfaction should be judged comprehensively.
②The bend of the cable should be uniform and smooth, and no right or acute bending is allowed. The minimum bending radius of butterfly-shaped introducing optical cables should be in line with: during laying, it should not be less than 30 mm; after fixing, it should not be less than 15 mm.
③Optical cable disc should be used to carry butterfly-shaped lead-in optical cable, and cable bracket should be used when laying optical cable, so that the optical cable disc can rotate automatically to prevent the cable from winding.
④In the process of laying optical fibers, the tensile strength and bending radius of the optical fibers should be paid close attention to, so as to avoid the winding, torsion, damage and trampling of the optical fibers.
⑤When laying the cable, manual traction is usually used. The traction force should not exceed 80% of the maximum allowable tension of the cable. The maximum instantaneous traction force shall not exceed the maximum allowable tension of the cable. The main traction force shall be applied to the reinforcement of the cable. After laying the cable, the tension should be released and the natural bending state should be maintained.
⑥In the process of laying household optical cables, if suspicious circumstances are found, the cables should be inspected in time to confirm whether the optical fibers are good or not.
⑦When butterfly-shaped optical cable is laid into the home, the length reserved for making mechanical connection plug of optical fiber should be 1.0m on the side of optical cable divider or optical splitter box and 0.5m on the side of household information wiring box or optical fiber panel socket.
⑧Optical fiber mechanical connection plugs should be made in clean environment as far as possible, and finger cleaning should be maintained.
⑨After laying, light source and optical power meter should be used for testing. The optical attenuation value should be less than 1.5dB.
⑩For buildings without embedded pipes or users in old residential areas, the pre-end connection cable can be nailed or grooved along the wall.
⑪For laid cables, the key point is to protect the connecting parts of the pre-end connection and prevent dust from entering. It is recommended that it be pre-plugged into the appropriate adapter or covered with a dust cap.
⑫Corresponding labeling and recording should be done well in construction so as to facilitate subsequent management and maintenance.
